Orem exists to ensure that conservative leaders, organizations, and institutions have access to the kind of professional protective services normally reserved for corporations or high-net-worth individuals. Instead of operating as a single centralized firm, Orem’s model is to seed and support a network of independent affiliates — each a licensed company run by vetted veterans and professionals.

We provide three core layers of value:

1. Affiliate Incubation
Orem identifies qualified veterans, SOF alumni, and trusted professionals, and supports them in launching their own protective service firms. We provide mentorship, business consulting, and in some cases seed capital, ensuring affiliates are trained and standardized while retaining their independence. The result is a decentralized yet cohesive ecosystem of trusted providers.

2. Training & Standards
Through coordinated training programs with sister institutions, including our affiliate 501(c)(3), Orem ensures that affiliates and their personnel meet consistent professional standards. Instruction covers hard skills like protective tactics, operational planning, coordination with law enforcement, alongside soft skills such as discretion, client management, and reputation protection.

3. Consulting & Coordination
Beyond building the network, Orem provides direct advisory services. We assess risks, plan events, and integrate local affiliates or licensed providers into secure operations. When needed, our consulting team can serve as on-the-ground coordinators, liaising with law enforcement, managing logistics, and ensuring every protective element functions smoothly.
